Big news! The proposed regs were finally published in the state register on Wednesday, March 20 2024. That starts the 60 day clock, so comments are due on May 20. Mark your calendar! At the bottom of this page is a (hopefully) easier to follow version of the proposed regs. Note this is not the official document - as far as we know, the official document doesn’t exist, so we had to make it ourselves.
The big takeaway so far - licensed nurseries will be allowed to sell live plants to licensed retailers. Cultivators are not automatically permitted to sell plants - they need the nursery license first.

As you’ll see, the proposed regs (link) are really just the part 115 medical homegrow regs with a bunch of amendments.
