ACTION ON HOMEGROW REGS!

The NHCA is supposed to be under wraps (we aren’t ready for our big rollout yet) But something happened today, and I can’t just sit on it. The CCB has a meeting on 9/20 and adopting the revised homegrow regs is on the agenda. Does this mean that the last round of regs are the final regs? Or are they going to publish another round of regs for another 45 day comment period. My guess is the former, but until we see the referenced attachment, we won’t know for sure.
